one more first cycle question and beginner

Dear member,

after weeks or longer off thoughts should I or shouldn't and plenty off readings I decided to start my first try and like to share with you my first cycle.

Firstly, one reason I try, my testosterone level is very low, yet my last blood work and health check is everything pretty perfect and I dropped around 40kg in fat in the last 1,5 years.

My goal: cutting the last 4% body fat and gain some quality muscles

Stats:
46 years
90 kg
183cm (6.0inch)
14% body fat
4 years gym experience

Cal goal: 3000 cal/day

Prot 50%
fat 30%
carbs 20%
carbs primarily after leg and back workout!

program:
Hypertrophy style, Charles Poliquin fan with 2-3 times a week back, chest or legs. During T phase (4 weeks legs, then back off legs while 4 weeks twice back and so on). I try overreaching for my weak body parts.


Cutting start:
week 1-12 300mg twice a week Enan 300mg (Monday and Friday)
week 1-8 Oxy 100, 200mg split monday to thursday
week 1-12 50mg proviron per day

Here is my first problem, seems I can not get any AI and use provision, yet not sure if this is really helpful and does this prevent me from starting a cycle?


PCT:
Day 1 - Clomid 200mg + Nolvadex 40mg
Following 10 days - Clomid 50mg + Nolvadex 20mg
Following 10 days - Clomid 50mg or Nolvadex 20mg

Trying to get HCG, but in Singapore no easy to get. I will be in March in the US for two weeks or try to get it in Bangkok.

Additional cutting help with Clen (can get T3 and T4 as well), start during PCT?:
week 1-2 Clen 40mg
week 3-6 Clen 80mg
week 7 Clen 40mg
week 8 Clen 20mg

What you guys think, any advice?

This is based on what I can get in Singapore and based on my research.

I wouldn't touch Clen. If you do 2 weeks on, do 2 weeks off. Probably 2 weeks max. The stuff is lethal. I'd keep it on a low dose thru-out. Cycle and PCT looks good to me. I'm just no fan of Clen. Id look for some Anavar or Winstrol if I were you. You can thank me later.
 
Option 1
Drop the clen bro.. its garbage. Since its your first run of AAS I would run test only. You would be amazed at the results you get with that. If you are eating right and training hard you can really accomplish alot with test. I would substitute the clen with GW in that scenario.

Option 2
I would run a Sarms1 triple stack. Not only will you drop alot of bf, but it will introduce your body to AAS. I dropped 5% bf with just ostarine! The triple stack includes GW501516, Ostarine and S4. You can expect to cut body fat, improve endurance and recover time emensley, build lean body mass, recomp, and really improve strength. Best part about it is you LH and FSH are barely effected, effected at all and the suppression is minimum at best. This is a better option for you and I think you will be extremely happy with this choice

I have one more thought, should I kick start with oxy 200mg per week 2 weeks before I introduce the test cycle?

Since this is your'e first cycle, I would keep it simple and do a 12 week Test E and Anavar. That combination is a very effective and simple combination. Remember? This is your'e first cylcle and your'e receptors are fresh and you do not need a lot of gear to obtain results.

Week 1-12
Test E 250 to 500 per week divided in 2 shots , Sunday and Thursday etc:
Week 1-4 or 6
Anavar 40 to 50 mgs per day

Frankly I have everything but will not start until I feel convertible to start, health, family and my career is more important.

One more question I haven't seen in any forum, what about your performance outside the gym, can you still be alert and performing during your job, any mood changes? As recovery is important, any issue with insomnia?

As far as your'e AI, only use one if you have symptoms. With just using Test/Var you will be fine and it will not affect your sleep rhythm or cause any issues. As you know, Test creates a sense of well being so its beneficial as far as your mood etc: The only thing I have ever run that has affected my mood is Tren and I will not run that again. As far as your'e PCT, there are numerous regimes that you can follow and that is entirely up to you. I would search PCT and make your'e on conclusion on that. Be sure you research what you are putting in your'e body, before hand and have a good grasp of your'e diet and training down before starting any cycle.
