after weeks or longer off thoughts should I or shouldn't and plenty off readings I decided to start my first try and like to share with you my first cycle.
Firstly, one reason I try, my testosterone level is very low, yet my last blood work and health check is everything pretty perfect and I dropped around 40kg in fat in the last 1,5 years.
My goal: cutting the last 4% body fat and gain some quality muscles
Stats:
46 years
90 kg
183cm (6.0inch)
14% body fat
4 years gym experience
Cal goal: 3000 cal/day
Prot 50%
fat 30%
carbs 20%
carbs primarily after leg and back workout!
program:
Hypertrophy style, Charles Poliquin fan with 2-3 times a week back, chest or legs. During T phase (4 weeks legs, then back off legs while 4 weeks twice back and so on). I try overreaching for my weak body parts.
Cutting start:
week 1-12 300mg twice a week Enan 300mg (Monday and Friday)
week 1-8 Oxy 100, 200mg split monday to thursday
week 1-12 50mg proviron per day
Here is my first problem, seems I can not get any AI and use provision, yet not sure if this is really helpful and does this prevent me from starting a cycle?
PCT:
Day 1 - Clomid 200mg + Nolvadex 40mg
Following 10 days - Clomid 50mg + Nolvadex 20mg
Following 10 days - Clomid 50mg or Nolvadex 20mg
Trying to get HCG, but in Singapore no easy to get. I will be in March in the US for two weeks or try to get it in Bangkok.
Additional cutting help with Clen (can get T3 and T4 as well), start during PCT?:
week 1-2 Clen 40mg
week 3-6 Clen 80mg
week 7 Clen 40mg
week 8 Clen 20mg
What you guys think, any advice?
