One Great New Year's Eve

Mr. and Mrs. Longhorn bought a package at our favorite neighborhood pool hall/sports bar.

For $200:

- Played pool all night on a regulation table
- Open bar (we drank at least 8 rounds)
- Great catered buffet (never ran out of food)
- DJ and dancing
- Champagne at midnight + party favors
- a room at the Comfort Inn right next door w/continental b'fast. we didn't leave today until noon.

Oh, nothing special at all, just the plastic hats, horns, balloons, etc.

We bring them home to the kids and stuff. I used to like it when my parents did that.

The breakfast was cool, just bagels, coffee, juice, raisin bran, but it was a good start to overcoming the hangover.
