Once I get off Decca am I going to die??

I'm on my last week of 500mg sust and 300mg Decca. I ran dbol the first 4 weeks, which worked awesome, but it made my forearms fucking KILL! :redhot: Now that I'm off the dbol it's not "as bad" but it's still pretty damn bad. I'm now doing a ton of reverse curls to help build up the other side of the forearm and am icing it at nights (can't ice it after workout as I drive straight to work).

I figured the decca would be helping but it doesn't appear to be. But that's my problem. ....what if it is?? Cause if it is helping then I'm FUCKED! cause that means the forearm pain will only get worse after the cycle. And any worse my arms might as well be fuckin paralyzed. It already takes me about 2 full seconds after I get done with a set of bi's to let go of the bar on the dumbbells. :redhot:

Anyway, what do you guys think? Maybe the decca doesn't really have much of an effect on my forearm problem. I've seen other posts where people have had this problem as well.

It's normal.

Other muscles are much stronger than your forarms apparently.

It's like shin splints, only in your forarms rather than your calves. Just minor tears in muscle tissue, so the deca won't do a thing for it.

The only real thing you can do is either work through it, or give them a short break. They'll heal and get stronger quickly enough.

Sorry - bad explanation. The pain is not from a pump but rather from between the forearm muscle and the outside bone (ulna). It will hurt after my first set of bi's (any exercise). I'm staying away from straight bar but to no avail. Someone once posted that it's from your forearms not being able to keep up with the excessive amount of weight and it's tearing from the bone. :eek2:

I'm just wondering if the decca has any effect or not. At this point I hope not cause I can't imagine it getting worse.

What brand of Deca are you using?

Denkall - and I know it's working cause I usually get a lot of pain in my shoulders when doing bench and I haven't felt a thing through this whole cycle. My flexibility also increased.

Deca is said to be good for joints, your forearm problem is probably carpal tunnel (or how ever the hell you spell it) Deca won't do shit for that, in my opinion.

SOEX and el cubano - thanx I guess they'll get a rest once my cycle ends and I take it easy on the heavy weights.

It'll go away. Mine did. I had the same problem, and I've met quite a few other people who had that problem. It's not really sympomatic like Carple, it's really more shin splint like.

Just give it some time. You might have to avoid certain muscles, because I know how painful it can be. And unfortunately doesn't go away for about 30 minutes after you aggrivate it.

Hey dude,

I'm not a doctor so I can't really diagnose your shit other than to say this: I had a similar problem. I had that same deal about not being able to let go of the bar after some preacher curls because when I let go, it hurt like a bastard.

It was a strain in a supinator muscle in my fore arm. (turns your wrist, or in this case, keeps it in a stable position under vastly increased stress from heavy bicep exercises. )

Try to stick to shit like hammer curls or reverse curls as these will not put this supinator muscle under too much strain. On the plus side, all the juice should help repair that muscle faster than normal. My strain is completely gone now, but it took a while because this muscle is so small and involved in many actions.

Peace,
Whoopazz
