3/31 Day 42

Morning Cardio
Time to change the cardio up from the daily running. My cardio for the next 5 weeks will be T25 in the morning Monday-Friday
Day 1 was a Cardio workout, pretty tough but got through it with very minimal breaks

Gym
Chest
Starting barbell today from dumbbells previous 5 weeks
Flat 95x16 135x9 145x6 150x2
Incline 85x12 95x10 105x4
Decline 95x12 115x8 125 x6
Flys dumbbells 25x25 4 sets

Tri's
Dips 4 sets til failure
Close grip barbell 85x15 95x15 100x12

Been a while since I worked the chest w/the barbell, a little disappointed but I will keep pushing forward

keep it up bro, you wont gain as much strength, as you would have had running the triple stack but there is still alot more improvement comming your way

AM T25 Total Body Workout, lots of plank moves and complex push ups and squats; kicked the shit outta me

Lots of squats and lunges during T25 so called it a day, my legs were on fire lol

5k run

T25 Ab workout...25min of non stop abs; was pretty tough and was sweating my friggin balls off. No sit-ups or crunches, lots of planks and variations of planks with various added movements. Felt great because im sore in places that I was never sore before so I guess I am hitting some new areas.

Tomorrow.................STARTS OXANDROVAR!!!!! CHEST AND BI'S

Felt great throughout the entire workout, noticed increased vascularity in my arms and biceps were really full and tight.
