Morning Cardio
Time to change the cardio up from the daily running. My cardio for the next 5 weeks will be T25 in the morning Monday-Friday
Day 1 was a Cardio workout, pretty tough but got through it with very minimal breaks

Incline 85x12 95x10 105x4
Decline 95x12 115x8 125 x6
Flys dumbbells 25x25 4 sets
Tri's
Dips 4 sets til failure
Close grip barbell 85x15 95x15 100x12
Been a while since I worked the chest w/the barbell, a little disappointed but I will keep pushing forward
