Ok had a busy weekend with the fam, just getting to the laptop....
Saturday
HIT cardio in the morning for 40 minutes
Gym day was legs, I had mad pumps in my calf muscles nothing that I have ever experienced before.
Sunday was a 5 mi jog and rest day.
Monday 2/24 Day 8
Chest
Dumbell flat, incline and decline
dumbell flys
In between each set, pushups until failure followed by 30-45 sec rest before starting next set
Tri's
Dips
dumbell kick backs
Overall the first week in general I felt great. Lots of energy and endurace. I am still trying to pay attention to what foods I eat that benefit me the most with my cardio. I feel like I do better w/fasted cardio. Still trying to burn fat so is there a benefit w/the fasted cardio at this point?
