Lately I can't hold a firm erection, even with cialis or viagra. Nothing has changed in my schedule. I'm 36, 195 lbs, and my last cycle was in April, so not very recent. Gf is getting pissed as am I. I just ordered some HCGenerate, but is there anything else I can do or take? It's extremely frustrating. Thanks!

Libido issues are usually due to estrogen/prolactin problems. Are you using an AI with your TRT? If you aren't, your problem is most likely high estrogen levels.

i would get blood work done to see if there is any issues.. factors such as lack of sleep, stress, heart health problems, diet, etc. remember ED is from lack of blood flow to the penis. yes high estrogen can cause strained heart, which in tern causes ED, but that is a stretch to blame just estrogen for every guys ED in this world.

Get blood work done in order to avoid assumptions. Your problems could be caused by many things, such as low T levels, high estrogen or prolactin.... so you need to do blood work in order to determine with exactitude what it is. Who knows, may be it is not even hormone related, and you would need to recur to another professional to sort your problems.
Blood work will be very important here because Viagra and Cialis should definitely do the trick. They will increase blood flow to the entire body including the penis so it should be fool proof. There must be something else going on.
Everything checked out good in the blood work. Looks like he's going to put me on a PCT. Doc said 1500 ius of hcg 3 times a week for 3-4 weeks and we'll do more blood work. If everything balances out, then another 4-6 weeks of clomid. At least it's a simple fix. Hopefully that helps. Thanks for the support!
