okay now 2 questions #1 I was on 4500cal-5000cal a day for 3 weeks gained about 10-12 pounds!! But the last 4 days or so of the 3rd week I couldn't consume as much for some reason my body just wouldn't have it. Is it cause i was eating a lot b4 and just need a day or so rest on the high cal?? and also does it affect anything not eating 5000 cal if you have been for about 2 weeks??
I gotten better gains by doing two things protein drink b4 and after my work out!!(didn't have one b4 the workout b4)
and every 6 or 8 weeks or so of training hard and eating hard i will take a week or less off and just not worry about my diet and get some fat on and work it off ( works good)of course i can do it cause i'm 15 but i would like to get some responses on the cal and the protein ??thanks a lot
