ON and Cardio

How do you guys manage to consume mass quantities of chow when you are on, yet do no cardio. Doesnt your mind make you feel like you are a fat pig. Seriously. I mean the worst is eating huge before bed and then just getting up and slamming another huge meal, followed by 6-7 more and you've still done nothing all day. Then you train for 45 minutes to justify? Just curious,seems like a struggle for many.
 
Cardio has nothing to do with food consumption or craving increase, if anything Post cardio most people will tend to lose appetite. 6-7 small meals a day is not that hard, but for most with a job it might be hard, so MRPs are one solution or decreasing quantity of meals to 4 with bigger food intake.

Also, something I've asked you before, keep diet questions on the diet forum....
 
I want to hear from those who are ON...we need a AAS diet forum, most on the diet forum have much different goals i.e. lose fat, cut weight, diet....etc.
 
Results can tell your mind that it should be thinking about other things. If you're not filling your gullet with simple starches and processed crap then there's no reason why you should turn into a blob. If you want to gain 20lbs then you have to eat to support the extra mass and eat yet more to convince your body that it can afford to grow it. Food is highly anabolic. Still, I'm someone who has no particular plans to return to being sub 10% BF this side of the next millenium.
 
strugglin blunt...big time.....feel like hell.....still lethargic, anxoreic, cold, etc.....pretty much killing me, but it feels as though Im eating a ton cause I sit all day...need your help boss...

1 C Egg Whites
1/2 cup dry Oatmeal
1/2 grapfruit
1/2 cup skim and 1/2 scoop whey

9am
250g of dry curd cottage cheese - 180 cals 1g of fat
10 almonds
10 peanuts

12pm
6 oz cooked beef or chx
5OZ YAM
HUGE SIZE SALAD VEGGIES(tons of broc, etc.)

2:45 PM
tuna
1/2 cup brown rice cooked/Quinoa
veggies

TRAIN FROM 5:30-7:00

7:30 Shake
1.5 scoops whey
1/2 pouch myoplex
1 rice cake
SPLENDA,

9:30 RIGHT BEFORE BED
SHAKE
1 scoop casein
little cottage cheese/with carb sense skim
10 almonds
10 peanuts
veggies
 
Did you up your calories very quickly? If you changed your diet in a fairly drastic mode, that is upped your caloric intake quickly by a large amount, this can lead to a bit of lethargy, etc. The body will adjust in due time. However, it is always best to gradually increase just as you gradually decrease. The body cannot turn on a dime, and just as if you cut calories too fast, you will suffer a setback, so too if you increase calories too fast, you may well get the symptoms just as you speak of.

You've already told us you have a mental problem with fat gain. Most people are here to lose fat b/c they want to look/feel better but not to the point that it interferes with their lives. You really need to seek some professional help and stop posting the same thread every day.

Your starving yourself from 2:45 to 7:30... you need a preworkout meal in there. I wouldn't have the energy to workout without something 30 mins prior to workout. You also need a meal 1 hr after PWO shake, complex carbs and high protein, no fat, just push your bedtime meal back 30 mins.

Exactly, you have to eat to grow. Your body needs a certain number of calories just to maintain its current form and you need to add a surplus on top of that to gain weight. The surplus needed remains the same whether you are sedentary or running marathons, albeit the calorie consumption would change.

Agreed. Do you just sit around all day and think of different ways to word the EXACT same question?
