How do you guys manage to consume mass quantities of chow when you are on, yet do no cardio. Doesnt your mind make you feel like you are a fat pig. Seriously. I mean the worst is eating huge before bed and then just getting up and slamming another huge meal, followed by 6-7 more and you've still done nothing all day. Then you train for 45 minutes to justify? Just curious,seems like a struggle for many.
