All I can say is damn it is PAINFUL! I look like crap right now...and I'm hoping it will calm down soon otherwise I will go to the gym looking like I have been in the sun for 12 hours!!!!! :worried:

How long did they say until you would feel yourself again? Was it way more painful than you thought it would be? Thank you for even posting this-- not to say that I'm happy you're uncomfy (hoping you get better asap) but it's nice to hear from real women about their experiences. :)

Do they give you anything to deal with the pain? Take care of yourself!

No it goes away pretty fast..like today I feel like I have a sunbun still but the real redness is almost gone. Last night I went to gym and looked red and a little swollen I thought. It lasts for a couple months on me and gives me a clearer complexion and eases some of those "fine" lines (gasp).......lol

The micro will.....my skin looks great today and fine lines are not really there....but they will be back lol

does it take away brown spots?

Velvett - I had a brown spot on my check for years..... By staying out of the sun, using sunscreen & using an at home micro-D kit it's barely noticeable now, have you tried any of the at home kits?

I tried the one that Anya had mentioned and while it made my skin soft but it didn't remove the brown spots from the sun and my fubar hormones.

sigh....

sunscreen's an idea

Starfish did the photo facial - I've been looking into that but it will be a 5-6 hour roundtrip drive to do it.

BOO
