No fucking way. People around here do not rep the state maing. It's the teams.

My friend is a Skins fan and I am a Giants fan and we argue bout this all the time. He claims that he is an "NFC East" fan, so when the Skins are out he goes for the NFC East. I say FUCK THAT. The rest of the NFC East are my enemies...I hate them. How am I gonna root for them when my team is out? NEVA

Not quite sure bout the Giants w/out looking it up, but I know there are several theories on why the Dodgers moved to LA. I guess their owner (O'Malley I think) was a dick and supposedly bounced for the $$$ in LA (same story as today's relocation moves). Some say that there was no oppty in Brooklyn for more $$. Others say that it was Brooklyn's admin that didn't give Omalley what he needed to stay.

It wss a HUGE move back then tho
