I want to start supplementing with oils for health and weight loss. I am interesting in omega 3's and 6's, and CLA. I eat quite a bit of fish as opposed to chicken and red meat, so was wondering if I should go with flax or salmon oil? Also, for 6's, which- borage, evening primrose, safflower , etc.- be best? Is there a good supplement with them all in a good ratio?
Also, does anybody know anything about CLA and fat burning?
