That's what I'll do then. Do that for 8 weeks then peak. I wasn't aware there are longer phases.

Omega, holly crap my legs are killing me right now. I recevied the pamplete yesturday read it briefly on the way to the gym, then wrote down the leg and abb work out. When I was done with the 2nd calf excersize my legs were shaking so bad I could hardly stand. I had to go pee then and thought I was going to have to sit down because my legs were shaking so bad. What an amazing lower body work out. I am looking forward to seeing what things will look like in 8 weeks.
I am also taking Lipo3 2xAM and Lipoflame 2xAM everyday and then adding the Amplify2 before going to the gym.

Alright, i can respect that. I just think it would be a lot easier/time saving to maybe utilize another payment method (such as manual payment thru paypal(use ur account name or something and send it to u) since i would have no idea what's wrong on my end and it might take longer for me to guess and fix it thru trial and error. Perhaps i was expecting too much in customer service.

It's like a mini Omega project in a pamphlet, im guessing it shows you the exercises physiology, diet, etc.
I used him project last yaer with great success and I am doing a version of his training right now while cutting and it works great, esp for cutting, loosing bf and gaining lbm at the same time!
