I always get these two mixed up. Which one is found in olive oil and which one in flax? What are the ratios to each that one should have in their diet?

Flax, though it contains n3 fats, it also contains n6 and n9. What you should be more worried about is how much n3 you consume to n6. The typical Western diet is high in n6, with about a 17:1 n6 to n3 ratio. As long as you consume anywhere from 1:1, 2:1 n3 to n6, you'll be in tall cotton
Fish oil is high in n3. That's a great addition to any daily diet...
LOLOL: flax has a 3:1 o36 ratio, and has o3 content to times that of fish oil per serving. there's a slight difference though between EPA/DHA contained in fish oil and the o3's in flax. o3's in flax are more of a 'precursor' prental fatty acid, while EPA/DHA constitute pure, ready to be utilized fatty chains
hemp seed oil is inferior to both fish and flax. the only reason why it appeared on the horizon is because of its GLA content
for o3's go for flax/fish
