I was just wondering if anyone knows the difference between the way most BB's train today, compaired to those that trained in the 60's and 70's. I really can't find any information online about it.
Check out John MCCallums book at Amazon its named Keys to Progess. It was written in the 60's i beleive and outlines that BB styles used then bu Reg Park and others. BTW, its also a good book i highly recommend.
