Okay Should I Buy A 2001 Mustang?

NO i didn't say i could dog out every Mustang out there,does it say that in my post?
I said i dog them out all day long and if you buy one i will be glad to dog yours out as well.
Don't get mad it's just a fact that the Camaro produces more HP than the Mustang, and the Camaro is actually underated.
And the Camaro will be back in 2005, they are doing a complete redesign.

I have a 00 GT and love my car. I have to get rid of it for a house, but it is going to kill me. If you can afford the GT or Cobra, by all means get it if you like the way they drive.

Did u buy used parts??
Stage 2 port on the heads $400--- That is cheap, but not worth it unless you change your cam at the same time. Heads and cam car will wax your ass even if you do spray.
whisper lid and computer program module $300--not bad, but that is pretty cheap for the computer programming.
NOS $450----TOO CHEAP, unless used
12 bolt rear end $1000---They are going for 1200-1400 here with a 4.10.
Subframe connects $200--Not bad if installed

I am from san antonio,and whenever i rib the mustang guys it's all in good fun, i have a good friend that has his own mustang shop here in s.a. his name is Mike Marillo, you have probably heard of him, we grew up in some apartment here over on thousand oaks, he used to drive a bad ass trans am back then.
But anyway i know alot of people so some of the parts i got very good deals on and i have some buddies that work at Alamo performance that did the work for basically nothing.
The port job was done by Millers machine shop and i have had a couple of motors built by them so i get good deals.ANd i forgot to add that i did throw in a cam when i got the heads ported.
What are the mods on your Mustang, what are your 1/4 mile times?
