Okay girls..here's what happened

So, my niece consumed about 10 out of the 11 servings of natty peanut butter (shmuckers) between yesterday and today. How bad is this? She ate it with baby carrots, cottage cheese, and sugarfree, low carb (4 grams per packet) hot cocoa mix...

She's probably not yet in full ketosis, but she woke up feeling like death today, so I'm assuming she's almost there...

How much trouble is she in? I'm not sure how many cals she consumed overall, but with the PB probably a few hundred over her limit.

Responses/opinions?

Is she competing?

If not then, it's not the end of the world even if she is competing it's not the end of the world. What's done is done, all she can do now is pick herself back up and put herself back on the wagon.

I don't really understand the problem. What is she trying to do or is she on a particular diet? Personally, eating a jar of peanut butter messes up my stomach real good. Baby carrots & cottage cheese still have carbs in them. A serious transition into full ketosis personally I think takes longer than 1-2 days. If you really want to know if she's in ketosis, get the little ketosticks from GNC or your local drugstore. I don't know what "feels like death" means -- I've low carbed for a week for competition and that particular flavor of ketosis I usually just feel very lethargic. I'd probably just generally feel like shit after eating a jar of peanut butter tho. (Just me.)

whats the problem? i eat that.. alot more than that a day

While I do not understand what the issue here is either, I do not think that talking about how much YOU eat in one day really is relevant. What YOU eat is not the point.

What IS the issue? What exactly is her goal and what is the problem?

VERY true. It is hard to follow and split advice.

or at least reference the other post or include a link. or if its on the same topic, just keep it all on the same thread.

Sorry there's just too much going on on this board to be able to be on top of all the threads.
