Ok Please help, Nelson would be good I think!

I have some significant nipple swelling and some pain from d-bol. I am currently using 40mg of nolvadex a day, and I haven`t seen that much of an improvment.

The nolva is going to run out soonish, about a week. What would I be best spending my money on.

More nolvadex
Proviron
Andractim
Biotest M
6-Oxo

Please please help.

You've mentioned this before and the circumstances are suspect. You did 20 mgs of d-bol for a couple of weeks and got gyno? How about some more background?

Nolva should stop it at the site, so if that isn' t working, it either is too late, or it isn't e induced gyno, or it's something you would have gotten anyway. Again, I can't see that small of an amount doing it unless it wasn't d-bol. (Probably methyl-test) Or, as I said before, you're a one in a million exection.

If you want to lower e and progesterone naturally, use clacium d glucarate, chrysin and sAME. But I'm not sure this is your problem.

You got a bad break bro. It may go away by itself. Worse comes to worse, you may want to get it cut. In the future, use one Primo, anavar and winny.

I`m not sure either Nelson, but I really do think that nolvadex could be causing it. I though I`d better take some nolva, so I did and I am wondering if it kinda caused it.

What u think?

Nolvadex will not cause gyno, and if I were you I would buy some more of it. Try 60-80 mg/day for a couple days and see if it goes away.

unless it's fake nolvadex, and you're taking birth control pills or something :P

try drinking soy milk, easy to get and phytoestrogens are anti-estrogenic...

studies have shown soy phytoestrogens to increase effects of nolvadex.

variation, post a study, that is very interesting.

here is a thread in which I talked about it before -->

http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=230040

There is been some conflicting research done aswell to the combining of soy and other anti-estrogens. So it's hard to say percisely, but it works essentially the same way as the anti-estrogens clomid and nolvadex, they are both weak synthetic estrogens designed to bind to the ER 's and block strong estroneg... estradiol from binding.. causing gyno... the phytoestrogens(weak) in soy have also been shown to bind to the ER's and cause similar effects.

Didn't you essentially blame Neslon for your gyno problem in a recent post? Now you ask him for help?

The fact that Nelson replied with his assistance speaks volumes of his character.

It is a bad break for you. I hope you can get it under control.

Here's a hint, keep up the nolva and DROP THE DBOL. If it's causing problems, than stop it.

I can believe you got gyno from such a low dose of dbol. Some people are just very sensitive, but Nelson doesn't seem to want to acknowledge this. Some of us, even when using sane doses still react badly to estrogen. And there's no way he would've "gotten it anyway" unless he's a teenager.

Try stacking your anti-e's. Use nolva and anastrazole together.

Hold on Zen. I never said it's okay to take d-bol and you'll never get gyno. There are procedures that must be taken (not clomid) and this guy didn't take them.

As a matter of fact, he PM'd me and now says it wasn't gyno after all. I told him to tell his story here so everyone may be able to learn from it. Bottom Line: He didn't mess himself up from taking my advice.

I know you don't say to avoid nolva at all costs, but you often say that at "sane" dosages anti-e's won't be necessary. For 90% of the population this might be true, but for a small minority it can be misleading. I know a guy who gets gyno symptoms from as low as 300mg of test. Some people just really get the shaft when it comes to estrogen sensitivity.

Well said.

Whoa there Nelson,

I have a lot of respect for you, and think you speak a lot of sense. BUT maybe I have gyno, maybe not. But sorry bro, I know for sure that some people DO get gyno from hardly anything 10mg of dbol, tiny bit of test. This is fact.

I think it should be stated that even at `sane` dosages, some need anti-e`s. Hardly anyone is allergic to strawberries to the extent it will kill them, but some can eat one die.

As for me I dunno........

I can't see any reason to go upto 40mg of Nolva per day!

Get some liquidex! (it's pretty cheap)

A little bit more of a background on this one could be helpful!

Well, when I got gyno my first cycle I was on 1mg of Liquidex/ED. It was only when I started 40mg of Nolva ED did it start to subside. And I could tell a big difference from 20mg to 40mg as 20mg wasn't cutting it.

I think you and Nelson are saying the same thing, Nelson says most won't need anti-e's and you are saying some might. Explain to me the dif. You are saying the same thing in a dif way. I think if someone is reading these boards and did not take the precautions to have some on hand, well that would be there own fault. I don't remeber reading any post's that say "you do not need any ant-e's when taking d-bol". Everyone is talking about precautions, none of us want gyno that is for sure!!

Well he does say that at sane dosages anti-e`s arent necessary but fair dues I think he means for most. But on Steroids for Health I don`t think he made it quite clear enough. Since he basically said 2 weeks of 20mg negates the need for nolvadex.

Sorry Nelson, I want to say that I respect you.

I agree 100% with Nelson. I've done several cycles a year and no problem with gyno. I use a tad of clomid at the end and Aventa and Maca. It's been 5 weeks after my 15 weeker and my nuts are the size of watermelons. Time to start another. lol
