some pics of me, please let me know your opinions on what i need to work on.
first cycle now, going into second week.

I would say my biceps, shoulders, and legs need the most amount of concentration on this cycle.

From what i can see on the small thumbnails you need more overall mass so i'd suggest sticking with compounds as the main part of your workout. Deadlifts, squats and bench
 
From the thumbnails, it looks to me like you definitely could use delts and pecs. You are looking a bit straight up and down, and wider shoulders would make your waist look more narrow. You look like you could use some size on your legs, so a diet to gain size would be nice.

I am working hard now, week 2 of cycle on squats, bench, and i have now added deadlifts to my routine.

I am also pushing my shoulders real hard, and making my squats heavy, to gain some size.

i will post pictures every 2 weeks or so, just so we can see if there are any changes, and any critique would be appreciated.

My caloric intake is high, around 3500 right now, i am ready to puke, but i am not cutting back. Let's see what happens in 2 weeks, and thank for your suggestions.

What are your current stats? (bdy weight)

from the front double bi- it looks like your carrying some bf i would have you at 12-14%.

I would suggest a lean bulk or cutter

and I'm wondering what was the real purpose of buying those greenies? lmao!!

anyhow, you need overall mass; eat good, (no trash), workout perfectly, for shape not for weight. Gains will come.
 
Alright bro looks pretty good. Dunno if your holding water of if your BF is just a little high but just make sure all the cals your getting in are super clean, no junk food! Stick with the compounds and you'll throw in a shit load of size trust me.

i am 42, 5'8 190 and 14% body fat. I am bulking this cycle since i am not wide or thick. i am being very carefull though and trying to eat very clean, even though high calories. i also do setups now everyday and cardio 5 days a week.

I want to gain the mass and then cut and trim.

My wife ordered those, they are competetion wear for actual bodybuilding competetion and she told me to use them for my practice posing, before the cycle.

she said i will look good in them after the cycle, but i used them for before and after pictures.

Damn
can we concentrate on everything else please!!!

now, where are my fucia colored workout shirts

absolutely agree, i believe that isolation exercsies should be done at the last stage of scuplting your body for fine tuning weak spots.
do the intermediate 5x5 routine on this website http://www.geocities.com/elitemadcow1/5x5_Program/Linear_5x5.htm as long as your diet is in check you will get very strong and grow proportionately. what ever you do do not change that program in any way.
