Right now I want to lean out as much as I can while keeping my LBM. Then I want to slowly add weight very cleanly. Even though I am cutting right now I am still getting stronger on my cores which is great.

Monday: Chest and Abs
Tuesday: Tri's and Bi's
Wednesday: Back and Shoulders and Squats
I then repeat Wednesday-Saturday. I have also started sprinting MWF first thing in the morning.
We just started Wednesday and this is what we did(we will increase to 4 Friday and 5 sometime after that):
0.5 mile jog warm-up
3 40's
3 60's
3 80's
3 110's
0.25 mile jog cool down
On TR I run a mile.
I eat very clean and carb up one meal a week. I feel like my abs will come out better when I come off the creatine monohydrate that I have been on for about two or three months now.l
