OK!! I finally got it! Which one do you like better!

Ok! I finally have my new routine down to two choices. I can't decide between them. They both have pro's and con's for me, but I'm not sure.

Chest
Back
Shoulders
OFF
Arms
Legs
OFF

I do rear delts on shoulder day. In split one, shoulders come right after back, and you do use your rear delts on back day, but I beat the shit out of them on shoulder day, so I'm not sure how that will go. On split two, arms comes right after shoulders, I only do two pressing movements on shoulder day, so I don't know if that will overtrain my tri's or not. Whatcha think? If it makes any difference, I'm going to be starting half a gram of test with either one of these splits, i guess keep that in mind.

i always do chest/back together. and arms/delts together. i use the third day for traps/forearms/legs. 3 on and 2 off.

Yeah, I think #2 as well, since i prolly should seperate shoulders from back and chest. I wonder if my tri's will be up to shoulders and then doing arms the day after?
 
for me 1 bodypart per day hams seperate from quads 6 days a week heavy.

wow., thats way too much stuff in one day. you must spend like 2 and a half hours in the gym each time
