Ok day one of many.

Its the first day of an atkins diet plan eating 5 times a day with low low carbs and taking 900mg of ALA and 2000mg of CLA and 3 hydroxycuts with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Stats are right now im 238 lbs and 6ft0in as of this morning. Im also doing cardio for 35 mins in morning and evening. Is theyre anything else i should be adding or doing? Im ordering my gear in 2 weeks so i can start by may first. Ill stick to the diet till then to hopefully get down to 215-220. Should i contine to eat low carbs like this and eat more at meals when i start the juice or should i eat everything including carbs. I just wanted to get some suggestions.

What kind of cycle are you planning (bulking or a continuation of cutting?) and what kind of gear are you going to be on and for how long:? ~3rd
 
If your goals are to lose the weight, then keep your carbs low. Im assuming your doing a bulking cycle in may. What is your %bf

Im planning a bulking cycle my goal is to be like 235 or 240 lbs of nice muscle not ridiculously cut or anything. The number i keep coming up with is 15% BF but i could be wrong on that it might be less im very muscular to begin with but cant see abs im just a big fella. I want to get bigger and the cycle i chose is Deca/Cyp/Dbol im gonna do dbol ed for 1 month at 35mg. The deca im going to do at 400mg a week and the cyp im going to do at 500 mg a week. Any more info needed please let me know.

Why do an atkins diet while trying to bulk?

Save that diet for when u decide to cut.

Update

Ive been lifting hard and seriously for 3 years but all together for like 5 years in total. The cycle is going to be for 8 weeks i figure that should be pretty good and yield nice gains. Im already thinking of doing a second cycle but wel will see how the first one works out for now. Like i said im not looking to be ripped up but i want to be a big size with noticable muscle. Ive wasted hundreds of dollars on andro and shit like that and gotten like no results so i figured go with something that i know will work.
 
If you want to put on size when you juice you are going to have to eat eat eat. The juice is just an aid to your training. Make sure you keep the protein up (300g is pretty standard). Most guys eat everything in sight while bulking in order to fulfil the 5K mark. Your cycle looks real good, be sure to run clomid at the end and have some nova on hand. Protect your liver (ala or milk thistle) and lift hard. Good luck bro and post your results. ~3rd
