Its the first day of an atkins diet plan eating 5 times a day with low low carbs and taking 900mg of ALA and 2000mg of CLA and 3 hydroxycuts with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Stats are right now im 238 lbs and 6ft0in as of this morning. Im also doing cardio for 35 mins in morning and evening. Is theyre anything else i should be adding or doing? Im ordering my gear in 2 weeks so i can start by may first. Ill stick to the diet till then to hopefully get down to 215-220. Should i contine to eat low carbs like this and eat more at meals when i start the juice or should i eat everything including carbs. I just wanted to get some suggestions.
