Well... I did some squats with the bands and some recovery work for chest... hummm very interesting experience.... Im not sure If the placement of the bands was correct.
When you lift the bar off the power rack if what I read is correct it's normal to get a pull backwards?
I had the bands on each side of the bar with 2 dumbells holding the bands at the floor one to the right of me and one to the left.
When you perform the squat is the dumbell placement supposed to be in back of you on the floor or in front of you?
