**OFFICIAL What I'm Eating Right Now Thread**

I'll post some select worthy meals I've had over the past few days:

  • Subway 12" chicken (double meat) on Honey Oat (sooo good) with a 20oz Cherry Coke (70 grams of sacred nectar).

  • Homemade chili with cheese... homemade corn bread, banana bread... omg the baked goods were to die for.

  • My breakfasts every day consisted of a ham & cheese omlete and stack of pancakes or waffel... with bacon or scrapple (yes, i know what it is. No, I try not to think of what it is when it tastes so good, lol)

  • B.K. chicken sandwich and a B.K. double cheese burger... with lemonade

  • 2 bags of Peanut M&M's

I was only able to eat 3 times a day most of the time as well.

... back to eating better :)

4 egg omlette with ham/onions/mushrooms

3 strips of lean bacon burned to a crisp

3 slices WW toast

1 quart of skim

that was breakfast at 7:30.....having a slice of pound cake with some strong black coffee now

Tomorrow is heavy power cleans and front squats, and the post-workout meal will be at Wendy's.
