Off Cycle Letro Questions

Hi Guys,
Back story:
I started taking DHEA, took it for about 8weeks 200mg a day I didn't realise the strength of the 'drug' as it is an over the counter thing in the U.S. After I desisted taking it I got gyno. (I had pre-existing in one side from an actual cycle like 2years ago but now it's in both sides, which is killer :( )

Anyway, I took some Nolva (I only had a weeks worth) to hold it off until I could get Letro, I finally got Letro three weeks after the first signs of the gyno.
I'm now at 2.5mg a day and have done a full week, i've noticed no difference, at all. All I notice is that I'm depressed as sh*t, never in a good mood and don't want to work out.

Are these usual sides from taking Letro when not on cycle? What else can I expect and how long should I stay on it for?

Thanks a lot for your help.

You should drop it asap and get some raloxifene and jump on that right away. Take 120mgs/day week 1 and 60mg/day every week after that.
What you are experiencing is just the beginning of the nightmare that is letro. It has horrible physical, emotional and physiological sides. It is extremely unhealthy and isnt even the most effective gyno treatment option, raloxifene is.

You're right it's only been a week and I feel horrible. I'm going to start tapering today.
The question with Raloxifene is will it really work to reverse gyno? Seems like it works the same as Tamox and inhibits it but what's your experience on using it for reversal?

Cheers,
G

Not only will it work but it is proven in studies to be more effective than letrozole for that purpose. Do not get it confused with tamoxifen. Its binding affinity to the estrogen receptor in breast tissue is significantly higher than tamoxifen making it much more effective at reducing and treating gyno.
To give you an idea of raloxifene's effectiveness it is the drug of choice of physicians when treating pubertal and pre-pubertal gyno. These 2 forms of gyno are the most difficult to treat as they occur at early ages and are firmly established and formed by the time treatment is sought. If raloxifene cannot get rid of your gyno literally your only option remaining is surgical removal.

Thanks a lot, Jimmy.
Seems like a safe bet, I had a look around places I knew of that are legit and they didn't have any. I know it can be orally administered just need to find a legit source.

With regards to Letro, if I dose down from now and have completely tapered off by the end of the week and take tamoxifen to counteract the rebound when is it I can expect to feel human again?

Appreciate your knowledge
