Just curious you guys with developed chests, when you're not tightening that entire chest/pec area, if you slap your chest in anyway, or jump up and down, since they're not flexed like with biceps & such, does it jiggle at all? It's weird I know, but I'm trying to judge if it's just slight bit of excess fat on my chest, or if it does that so slightly just because I'm not tightening it...

Thought so... grrr, now I need to lose more weight on my tummy this means. Stupid cookies... they were so tempting the other night. Surely did not help.

The best is when your pecs arereally sore and you run up or down stairs, the bouncing hurts like a bastard but I dont think they make sports bras in my size

Haha, I was just wondering 'cuz mine do barely when not flexed. I wasn't sure if I had excess fat or if it's supposed to do that.

The bodyweight training is pretty kickass thus far. It feels so much better doing training 3-4 times a week without weights. Endurance is in much higher demand now, so I'm still adjusting.
