Did anyone read my link? The soldiers in the Army on the at home "disaster relief mission"are going to be armed with: "equipment to stand up a hasty road block; spike strips for slowing, stopping or controlling traffic; shields and batons; and, beanbag bullets."
Can you stop a hurricane or dam a flood with beanbag bullets, batons, and road spikes?
