who said anything about in five days retard? just because a martial law unit will be activated oct 1st doesnt mean a dirty bomb goes off the same day...read into it, why would they activate one unless they are anticapating something that will put a unit like this in need. they have to let us bleed more, maybe stretch out the wound until we are gushing blood and too weak to do anything about it.
