i make it this way:
1/2 c old fashioned oats with 11 oz water, microwave 2min, add 2 whole eggs, stir, microwave 1.5min, stir, let cool off a little, add 1 sc.vanilla whey protein powder, splenda for sweetening. i love it, tastes like a creamy pudding, has about 30g carbs, 45g protein, 15g fat - i eat low-moderate carbs/high protein
