The hormone in Depot is encapsulated in a material sort of like self-dissolving sutures, but of differing thicknesses. A fair amount is unbound, and releases in the first few days, kind of a jump start. The rest is gradually released in a linear delivery that mimmicks the body over the course of 30 days.

Now, several weeks later, I remain impressed with this product. I believe that depot releases a bit faster than 30 days, so it may be best to use a kit every 3 weeks, or supplement with regular GH on a daily basis starting in the 3rd week.
Depot releases a substantial amount of GH in the first week. I've used high doses in the past and can tell. I had "growing pains", not like sore joints, but like when you were a kid.
It's not too expensive considering the quality, convenience.....and results. I'll update this when I'm finished in 4 weeks.
