just wondering if tuc or anyone else knows the nutritional breakdown for the batch of his homemade bars? I just made my first batch and they are so good i cant stop eating them! Also with these bars should i be worried about all the sugar that is in these thru the honey?

i recipe is in the sticky of this discussion room. I think since i am trying to lose bodyfat i am gonna substitute alot of the honey for unsweetend apple sauce and see how it turns out, maybe even add more pro. powder instead of so much PB
