I decided to try this so I purchased a 100 capsule supply today. The directions say 4 tablets/capsules b4 bed on an empty stomach, however, on the net I came across a few sites that had the directions listed as 2 b4 breakfast and 2 at lunch (or somewhere in mid-afternoon).
Anyone know what the better method would be?? And what results can I expect from taking these??? I hear that an increase in strength occurs and so does increased recovery and, consequently, about 4-5lbs lean mass gain. (In a month or so).
I am currently 5'7" 150lbs, train b/w 3-4 days a week, eat 4-5 times a day, 1.0 gram protein per lbs bodyweight and I supplement with Creatine, Protein, Glutamine and Taurine(comes with my creatine).
I hope these work as I have a very hard time gaining size (unless I gain lots of fat). I can gain fat easily. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
