NTBM Whey To Build Muscle

Ok, tired of Google searching and only coming up with results from years ago, so, I'm making a new thread for this...

I've always loved Chocolate Peanut Butter and Cinnamon Bun, but I'm thinking of branching out. Right now the winner is Rocky Road, just bought 2 bags of that.

Question: What are your top 3 favorite WTBM flavors? I want insight and I want it now. Go!

I bought Ice Cream Sandwich - Needto said it was one of his two personal favorites and PB Crunch (the other) was out of stock.

It's awesome. I posted a thread in this section yesterday with a great recipe for it.
 
None, Unfortantly I have been allergic to whey all my life. And no I do not mean lactose intolerant. I mean itchy swelling throat and lungs get mucus with coughing. That's okay though I have worked around this.

Egg protien is my Choice :supercool
 
I've tried 5 flavors, here's how i'd rank them on taste alone:

Rocky Road
PB Crunch
Cinnabun
Ice Cream Sandwich
Vanilla Caramel

I will say though that I find Cinnabun to be the most versatile...ie, i mix it in greek yogurt, oatmeal, egg white omeletes, etc...Mostly for breakfast stuff....any of those flavors would work but rocky road oatmeal doesn't seem like something I'd want in the morning.

I LOVE putting a scoop of cinnamon bun in my boring plain oatmeal. No sweetener needed. But like I said in the pm I sent you, I'm in contest prep right now so I'm limited.

Same concept works with nonfat greek yogurt (fage brand is my preferred). Once cup of the yogurt, one scoop of the whey protein and a tablespoon of granulated splenda. Put in the freezer for an hour and it takes on an ice cream like texture. Had 250 calories and 45 grams protein.

Bro I tried this from your other thread and it is was awesome. I always get the fage Greek also. Gonna try with some of the other flavors. Ive tried most of them mixed with the yogurt but I gotta say freezing it is a great idea.
 
As I said in that other thread, adding 3/4 of cup of the Fiber One chocolate (one serving) adds 80 calories, 1g protein but gives great crunch/flavor and a whopping 9g of fiber. When we are eating 300+ grams of protein, that extra fiber helps keep things moving through the system in a healthy fashion.
