This sounds like an interesting product and I'm thinking about picking some up but I had a few questions.
1) Can this be used instead of BCAA's or leucine or should you still use those as well?
I do intermittent fasting and usually just consume BCAA's and fish oil during the day (sometimes I have some eggs or almonds if I'm very hungry but not usually)-the advertisement says Gear "supercharges" your meal so:
2) Does it have to be taken with a meal to get the full effect?
I'm basically looking to use it as both a pre and post workout supplement to help prevent catabolism and I'm wondering how this would stack up against plain old BCAA's or Leucine. Thanks.
