been on those fucking things for almost a year does fuck all to me. will prob give custom capsule a go next tho..

Why take anything for a year that does not do anything for you? I would figure after the first month of seeing no benefits with something that I would throw it in the trash. I as well as many people I talk to say it works great for us. Maybe you have arthritis or some other reasoning behind your joint pain. Most of the people I have talked to are over 40 and take it every day and swear they can tell that day if they forget to take it. But like we all say in here everyone is different.

I currently have some but have still never ran NPP or Deca so I can not answer that. Omega probably could!

But I can say that Glucosamine and Condroiton and MSM can give you joint pain relief almost that same day. You can get that at any Target or Walmart etc. I just saw a post this weekend about Custom Capsule having this mixture. I dont know how they compare in prices but it is a relatively expensive vitamin to begin with but works so its worth it.

you can make any type of cap you want at custom caps to.

Personally, I have never had much luck with store bought Glucosamine/Condroiton and MSM. Tried a couple of them for 2-3 months and not much difference. Maybe Needtogetas are better - don't know cuz I have never tried them. But, my knee problems might be worse than others.

I usually experience bad deca sides and NPP worked much better for me, though I used it for 7 weeks as opposed to 10-12

i ran regular deca and i hated it. it shut me down hard, gave me progesterone gyno and deca dick. didnt affect my hair line or give me BAD acne but i was a complete bloated pig. Im gonna throw in some NPP with cabasser and see how it works for me. 8-10 weeks and either 300-400mg i cant decide.

Torn medial menicus tendon on both knees. I think they were from years of running/lifting/wrestling - I tend to pronate to the outside of my feet putting the pressure on the inside of my knees. Finally took them out one, then the other within a year's timeframe. One from doing heavy squats, one from doing BJJ. Both scoped, one recovered better than the other. Took about a year after the surgeries for them to be about 80-90%. Just started working squats back in even though Ortho said it was one of the worst exercises you could do for knees/back. I like my squats too much to stop. I don't go super heavy, wear a belt or wrap my knees anymore. Preload on the leg extensions and leg curls than squat after my legs are more fatigued. Trying to prevent the "no ass syndrome" my wife says some guys have.
