Well everyone is different, but i like it alot more than celltech....
Plus its a hell of alot cheaper!!!

I take 20g/day usually... i just mix it w/ water and find i get the same results. Only time i'll mix w/ something is post workout w/ dextrose, that's my reward before leaving the gym
