Hey everyone. Do any of you know about this new Atkins DVD? its available at Walmart. My friends told me about it so I thought I would check it out. I had always found dieting hard, long and boring and sometimes I felt like giving up but this DVD totally changed my attitude. I have to say that it really works and it is also entertaining. At least now I can keep my weight down but have fun doing it. If any of you have had any experiences with the Atkins diet or have seen the DVD please let me know as I would be very interested in your comments.
