nov cycles thread. Post them up boys.

Just came off, finished with PCT, will be natty until the end of dec., then this is it>

WK 1 - 5 DBOL 50 mg ED
WK 1 - 12 Deca 200 mg EW
WK 1 - 12 Test Cyp 500 mg EW
WK 6 - 12 Winny 50 mg ED

maybe add some test prop wk 1 - 8 100 mg EOD, or maybe change out the cyp for prop. not sure yet. gear should be here in a week or two. prolly blow up like the godfatha! :D

Up the deca to 300mg ew. Extend the test past the deca by 2 weeks or shorten
the deca by 2 weeks. You must know what to have on hand by now so I want bother telling you.

Thanks, yeah I didn't think about that...duh.. I'll run the t 2 wks longer, but I think I'll keep the deca at 200 for now- don't want to get to big to quick. Yeppers got the PCT ready, and AI's and AE's on hand.

Weeks 1-16 - HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - - 500iu/week
Weeks 1-16 - Arimidex - 0.25 eod
Weeks 1-16 - Fincar - 1.25 mg eod
Weeks 19-22 - Clomid - 25mg ed
Weeks 19-22 - Dermacrine Sustain - 5 pumps ed

btw, I wanted to know... how much cardio do you think is necessary? I'm currently at 170 (5'11) 12-14% bf (abs visible) and I need to get down to single digits by Feb but add 5-6 pounds of muscle. 20-30 mins on the treadmill sound ok or should I up the cardio?

thats great to hear. Not too long ago, I had a shoulder injury which kept me out for 2 months. I still feel a dull pain every once in a while but it doesn't hinder me. I'm just more careful.

Btw, I work out 5 times a week so I usually lift at 10 am or so and do cardio after 7 pm. I'll start using the elliptical more now.

I'll post some progress pics later.

On second thought needto, i think i will bump it to 300, and run it for 10 instead of 12 weeks, just makes more sense.

rope crunches are the shit. tough to describe in writing, but when letting the rope up, don't stop so you are JUST doing crunches, let the rope pull you as high up as possible and really isolate your outer abs & serratus when pulling down THEN performing the crunch part.
 
I don't really do direct ab work, i feel mine get hit hard enough with all the compounds i do, they are MUCH bigger then when i started and i never work them really.
 
yes well you are lifting for different purposes! still though you should blast your core w/ isolations , although compounds are great.
 
Once in a while i hit them with ISO but recently ive been injured and can't or im too tired from my workout to do them. I;m fucking lovin this dbol bro im getting like 3-5lbs a day.

thanks, i got my pics from about 6 months ago when i toar my cuff and im at like fuckin 160, imma post up the pics of me when this cycle is done, yall are gonna laugh when u c these pics of me before, went from 189 to 160ish when i toar it, but now im bigger than i was, one thing that sucks is that im so fucking long, my arms are incredibly long, in human science ur arm spand is supposed to be as wide as u r tall, just go walk up to a wall and try it, my arm spand is about 4 inches longer, my arms are so long it is such a bitch so fuckin fill them but the bigger the get they look fuckin sick and don't really have a limit to where they cant grow anymore so i guess its kinda cool, always helped with my mma though lol

Oh yeah, I'm still sheddin BF, once my body gets in gear, it doesn't want to stop. I keep body fat to a minimum most of the time, I never let it get too high.

Body type is ecto - meso leaning more toward meso, I'm weighing in at about 185, with 11%BF and I'm 5'8". The current diet is good clean food, fish, chicken, vegies, and occasionally some junk food for color:D I drink about 2 - 3 liters of water per day currently and will probably double that when I go on. I limit my caffein to a cup of coffee when I get up(before I hit the gym at 6 am), and maybe one soda around lunch. Sometimes I'll have some green tea. I usually eat some kind of oat/grain cereal bar and a piece of cheese before I go to the gym in the am, and a protein shake after the gym, followed by a bowl of oatmeal. When i go back on, I'll clean it up some more and try to get 400g protein/400g carbs day at around 4500 calories or about that. This kinda give you an idea?

Oh, I also do my share of supps. Regiously. Strong multi, omegas(fish oil), glucosamine/msm/chondritin, b5, liver detox.

But now I have anti-biotics so I should be able to push through this shit.

I want to make some natty gains first not sure when I'll hit up my 2nd cycle. This one was almost more about recovery than anything...As bad as that sounds. I want to cut up during/after pct. Get on some dermacrine reg or some amp02 for a little bit. Go all natty & then boom 2nd cycle lol. Maybe 2nd in march or april...hmmm
