Notjake11 Summer Cycle (Part II) -

notjake11

New member
As some of you may know I've been running a cycle that started about five weeks ago. I was running a log during the cycle featuring some products sent to me by MRSupp (Keto Burn and NuBlend7) as well as from Venom (transdermals and injectibles). The MRSupp products were all for the beginning of the cycle and now that I've completed that and am about to add some new compounds to the cycle I figured it made sense to start a second log for the next phase. The first segment of the log was here:

http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/a...cycle-log-teste-eq-mrsupps-venom-1192073.html

The full cycle moving forward from this point looks like this:

6-16 Test E 400mg/wk
6-16 EQ 600mg/wk
6-16 Mast E 600mg/wk
6-16 Tren E 200mg/wk
6-9 Clen (tapering up/down)
6-9 T3 (tapering up/down)
6-9 Ketotifen 1mg/day
11-16 Transdermal Anavar
1-16 Aromasin 12.5mg eod
1-16 N2Guard
7-13 HCGenerate
14-16 HCG 500ius/2xwk
17-18 HCG 1000ius/2xwk

PCT:

19-22 Forma Stanzol
19-22 Unleashed/Post Combo
19-22 d-spark
19-22 Keto Burn
19-22 Osta 25mg/day
19-22 GW 20mg/day

I may still adjust the PCT to include some of the newer products that have been released since I first started planning my cycle.

As I mentioned in my last log I have no more races/events for the next months so the goal is to shed bodyfat as fast as possible to lighten up and be able to come into my next race with as little extra weight on me as possible. Then after that race I have another extended break before the full fall season starts up.

My pre-cycle pics and some progress pics can be found in the previous log linked above. I'll be posting my next set of progress pics four weeks from today.

For training I've been doing my cardio/endurance/interval work in the morning 5-6 day a week and am 5 weeks into the Easy Strength routine designed by Dave Jones and Pavel and am lifting five days a week.

Re: Notjake11 Summer Cycle (Part II) - Bring On The Venom

So far so good. Friday was my first injection day using the full new cycle with the tren added in. The injections are generally not really an issue. The only minor complain is that the volume on the gear requres two injections so I've been doing both quads each day. I may switch to doing glutes one day and quads the other to give the quads a little break. There was a slight increase in pip on the side that had Tren but not bad by any stretch. Hell I did a 5.5 mile trail run yesterday and my full lifting workout after (which includes both squats and deadlifts) with no limitation at all.

Friday was also my first day using the Clen/T3. I started very low on both and have been tapering up over the weekend.

Tomorrow will start my first full week of the cycle with the updated compounds. My plan is to start recording my daily workouts and my food intake (total calories and protein at the very least) here to make me more accountable and share more info about what I'm doing and how the cycle is proceeding. I have four weeks until my next race so I intend to go at it hard to get the most out of this run and make sure I'm in tiptop form when that race comes around.

Re: Notjake11 Summer Cycle (Part II) - Bring On The Venom

I wouldn't run the Clen. If your diet is in check, I do not see any reason at all to run it.

Are you using all transdermal or are some of those oil?

I used transdermals to kickstart the cycle the first five weeks. The ones I'm using now are all injectibles.

Re: Notjake11 Summer Cycle (Part II) - Bring On The Venom

don't lie to me.. transdermals g2g?

Abso-fucking-lutely.

1. I ran a log for a client/friend of mine who ran the test and winny back when they were still more liquid (they are a lotion now). I wasn't being paid or sponsored in any way at the time and kept a log of his results. Look through my profile for threads I started and you should be able to find the log. My boy made huge progress and had fantastic results. It was his experience that prompted me to contact Venom about doing rep work for him.

2. I used both the Winny and Mast lotions as kickstarts for this cycle and absolutely loved them. Easy to apply and the results were killer. I have another bottle of the transdermal anavar that I may add for the last six weeks of this cycle.

The transdermals are fantastic for a cycle on their own, but for me what makes them really shine is using them as a kickstart for a cycle. Because they hit the system quickly you get almost instant benefits. When this cycle started I was taking TestE, MastE and EQ which all take a while to build to peak levels. By taking the Winny and Mast transdermals I was getting instant benefit during the first few weeks while waiting for the longer compounds to build up. Now that the lotions have run out I'm at full steam with the injectibles.

In the future I will use the transdermal versions of any injectible I do as a kickstart for the cycle. Hell if I'd thought of it I would have gotten a bottle of the Tren transdermal to use the first few weeks of injecting the TrenE I just started but the thought didn't occur to me until just now.

Re: Notjake11 Summer Cycle (Part II) - Bring On The Venom

Sounds great.

I think I will stick to the pinning for the most part, that doesn't bother me. What intrigued me about them is the transdermal "orals". I think I am going to be giving them a try here in my next cycle. Either Superdrol, Dbol, and Anavar.. fuck maybe all three.

This looks awesome. I think im gonna use venom on my next cycle im the winter

Bro, looks like a sweet cycle! One thing... I thought Ostarine is slightly suppresive so it shouldn't be used in PCT. Thoughts?

It is mild enough that it doesnt have too much of an impact. I used it during my last pct and having it as an extra boost resulted in not only keeping my gains but making further progress. It is something that both Dylan and Needto recommended and after my experience I agree.

Using the transdermals as an alternative to orals is a very good idea. Much lowered toxicity and overall easier on the body

Re: Notjake11 Summer Cycle (Part II) - Bring On The Venom

Wednesday June 5

Yesterday was a day off from working out. I gave blood on Tuesday afternoon and that, combined with feeling a cold coming on, made me decide it was a good time to rest a day and let the body recovery. I stayed true to the diet though with calories coming in at 2100 for the day and over 275 grams of protein.

The cold has definitely set in so I'll take the mornings off from cardio for a couple more days. However, I will still be hitting the weights.

Re: Notjake11 Summer Cycle (Part II) - Bring On The Venom

Sorry for the delay in updates. A combination of having a hectic week and a cold that kicked my ass meant a little less motivation to spend time writing as what little energy I had was being channeled into my job and my workouts. However, I've got quite a few cool things to report:

Workouts:

With the cold, I took Wednesday through Friday off from doing any cardio at all. As I mentioned in my last full update I also took Wednesday off from lifting after both giving blood on Tuesday evening and feeling the onset of the cold. However, I still got all five of my workouts in. With this being the last week I am going to do the Easy Strength program I didn't want to ruin my perfect record of getting them all in. Additionally, with it being the end of the program I decided to test my max bench yesterday and see how I would do (more on this below). Even though I am not fully recovered from the cold yet there was no way I was going to miss my weekend run. Saturday is the only day I can usually get out and do a trail run so I went and did one of my regular trails that is about 5.5 miles. I usually finish somewhere betweeen 50-52 minutes and with the cold I was just hoping to break an hour. While the cold did affect my breathing and my wind I was surprised to see that I finished in 54 minutes. After that I went to the gym and did my lifting. Because it is the last workout before moving into a 5x5 program I did it as a transition - same exercises as I have been doing for Easy Strength with pretty light weights but I did each for five sets of five instead of just 2x5.

Diet

As a general rule this is one of the areas I have struggled with, especially the last two weeks. My "cheat night" has turned into cheat weekends the last two weeks. While I have still made substantial and visible progress, I know it could be much better. As a result I have tightened it up quite a bit and have eaten clean all week, including Friday night and so far today. The plan is to just have a small refeed day tomorrow when I'm with my son (he picks where we eat dinner and we're going to a movie so I'll have a reasonable dinner and share a box of candy with him - no other cheats this week) and then no cheats at all until I have him for Father's day. All in all I've averaged out to 2275 calories a day this week with over 295 grams of protein a day.

Cycle

I think the tren is starting to kick in. Each of the last two nights I've woken up at 3:30am and have been unable to get back to sleep for an hour or so. I usually have no issues with getting to sleep or insomnia of any sort so I assume that's where it's coming from.

2013 Goals

At the start of the year I posted a thread here that included my goals for 2013: http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/m...r-life-notjake11-my-2013-journal-1048083.html

More specifically, I listed five goals that I wanted to accomplish by year's end. Given where I started I thought the goals were pretty aggressive. I accomplished one of them pretty early on - to run my first ever half marathon (longest I have run in the last few years before the start of the year was like 3 or 4 miles). I hit that record in late February when I not only ran a half marathon, I did it at a trail race after two and a half days of rain.

Another of the goals was to bench 315 pounds. The last time I was able to put up that much weight was 13 years ago when I was still in law school at the ripe age of 24. At the start of the year I was able to max out at 260. I figured 55 pounds would be a pretty aggressive goal for the year. Oops. As I mentioned above I tested my max on Friday and not only did I put up 315, it went up smooth and steady. I probably could have done 320-325 but didn't want to push it too much. I'm going to be running a 5x5 starting Monday and will test it again mid-July (have a bet with a coworker who just hit 315 for the first time last week to see which of us can put up the most).

Lol - I've gotten more than my share of comments about my progress the last few weeks. I seem to be staying about the same weight but leaning out - the perfect recomp. When I hit that 315 on the bench last week I had weighed in that morning at 201 pounds, four pounds lighter than the last time I did a status check on the BodPod. Four pounds less weight and putting up 15 pounds more on the bench and sleeves on shirts getting too tight = happy time.

I'm using E so it will kick in slower but it's definitely starting to kick in. I mentioned before that the insomnia effects are definitely present and I am definitely sweating more - have had to wash the sheets twice as often as usual. But the strength is climbing and I feel fantastic overall and there is already a very noticible visible difference.

I am definitely feeling a little lethargic today. Yesterday was a rest day so should be feeking great. But just kind of out of it today.

Got up this morning, did my injection (was the fifth one with tren) and went for a short run - 3.5 miles - and my time was fine. The low dose of tren has shown no impact on my cardio so far. Showered and had my coffee and got to work about 90 min ago. Sitting here I just feel no motivation to do anything but go to sleep. However I still find myself looking forward to my workout later.

I wonder if the lethargy results from the combination of my IF diet and the tren. Something to watch over the next couple if days.

I'm glad you're enjoying it. As a general rule of thumb I'm happy to answer almost any question someone may have whether it's about the cycle in general. Anyone should feel free to post or PM me questions and I'll do what I can to help - only fair given the amount of help the community has given me.

Re: Notjake11 Summer Cycle (Part II) - Bring On The Venom

I'm running tren right now too, and my cardio has definitely been affected. I'm breathing hard and winded with a higher HR with the same intensity level. I'm also on 400mg/wk also

The impact on cardio is exactly why I kept my dose down at 200. With my races I can't afford to lose my wind and I can say that so far it hasn't been an issue in the slightest. If I were just going for strength or muscle or a cut I'd probably go higher - something in the 400-600 range - but endurance is a big part of my events.

I've done as low as 250mgs on a cut before and it works great. I lost fat and was able to maintain my muscle mass. If your diet is on point with tren than you will chisel up like a God.
It allows you to get away with an average diet but why do that when you can look like the guys in the magazines with a little bit of discipline?

Glad your cycle is going well and I am interested to see how it truly impacts high cardio guys as i have never been an endurance athlete.

Excellent bro nothing screams progress like dropping weight, and adding plates

Stoked to see the end results man, your going to be a beast !!!

Yeah I'm planning on looking like one of those guys while being able to perform like an athlete too. I'm five injections into the Tren and still no negative impact on the cardio.

The progress I've made first with the SARMs stack and now with this run has been amazing and I owe a lot of thanks to the people of this site for helping guide me.

Three plates felt amazing. Especially when I realized that it was a good chunk over 150% of my bodyweight.

Can't wait to read your results, I'm sure you'll love it!

man your logs move fast.great log here

I try to keep it up to date and answer any questions people have. In my mind that is kind of the point of doing a log - sharing the experience to help others.

Speaking of updates:

I did my long run today which was a good chance for me to see whether the tren would negatively impact my runs. I put In ten miles on the trail - didnt have to stop once the whole run amd felt great both during and afterwards.

Re: Notjake11 Summer Cycle (Part II) - Bring On The Venom

N2Guard looks as though it is the best product they carry and I will use it with every cycle I do. My cycle mixed with N2Guard looks like a stack made in heaven. It's an all in one support supplement. I'll still use my liver supports as they are direct from a pharmacy and the best available but I wouldn't mind adding to the shield of protection that I currently have. Remember fellas, you need to have your armor on before going into battle!

You're going to be a very happy man. What did you order?

GW and var so far. I'm going to place another here in a few weeks for test and some on-cycle supports. I am still planning but thinking I'm going to run 10 weeks of test around 300 and var around 80 a day. It's my first run so I wanted to stay basic.

GW and Var? That should be very interesting. I am jealous as i would like to see what GW is all about. I've read about it and I will wait to see what type of endurance impact it has as it would be awesome to improve cardio and overall performance.

Are you logging it?

I may. I won't run this until spring most likely. I'm on an Osta, S-4 run right now and am gonna add in the GW for a month. I'm doing a cut and getting ready for a grappling tournament middle of July.

Re: Notjake11 Summer Cycle (Part II) - Bring On The Venom

Put in another five mile run today. Was a little tight for the first mile after yesterday's 10 mile run but after that was fine and actually enjoyed just going at a nice moderate pace. Was out there early today so I could get the run in before the weather got too damned hot.

In late August I'm going to be running an insane combination of events. I'm doing a marathon distance obstacle race on Saturday a little ways outside Chicago. That night a few of us are driving to Virginia to run a 10 mile obstacle race that Sunday. So I'm going to be doing this Saturday/Sunday run combination pretty frequencly for the next two months to get ready. The plan is to add a mile to the Saturday run each week and a half mile on Sunday. Both will be done at steady pace - not pushing for time but rather just getting comfortable with the volume. The speed work is done during the week.

Re: Notjake11 Summer Cycle (Part II) - Bring On The Venom

basic your first time out is always a good idea.you have tons of time to play around with dosing after you get your feet wet

Re: Notjake11 Summer Cycle (Part II) - Bring On The Venom

Sorry for the lack of updates. It has been a hectic week.

The cycle is going fantastic. As I mentioned in last updates my runs have been great and my lifting sessions this week have been even better. I'm eating in a calorie deficit (2000 cals a day) and my strength is still continuing to climb steadily. Last time I weighed myself I was 198 pounds and yesterday I did the full 5x5 sets/reps for 240 on bench, 200 on incline and 150 on seated barbell press. The latter two are PRs for me at that set/rep range.

I'm also leaning out nicely as noted by the drop in weight. I've been steadily lowering the test dose and realized that even with my other compounds it definitely had me holding some extra water. I may follow Steve's lead and drop the test entirely to see how that works out.

The other good news is that my HCGenerate came in on Wednesday. I have definitely had some shrinkage so I double dosed the HCGenerate the first two days and already the boys are bigger and fuller. I'll probably continue the double dose for a couple more days and then go back to normal dosing.

I had an absolutely fantastic weekend of training. Before I get to that though I have to comment on the HCGenerate.

Anyone that says that HCGen isn't worth the price clearly hasn't used it. After nearly eight weeks of being on a pretty intense cycle my libido was still sky high and things were working fantastic, but my balls were definitely shrinking. I was basically walking around with slighly oversized raisins. A few days of double dosing HCGenerate and my boys are back to their normal size and swinging low. And after just having a visit with a female friend I can say that the payload had definitely increased as well. I have used lots of NTBM products and have always been pleased with them, but this amazed even me. Literally just a few days undid 8 weeks of shrinkage.

Back to my workouts:

In order to prep for a race combo I'm running in late August that consists of a full marathon distance obstacle/trail/mud race on Saturday followed by another 8+ mile event the next day, I've been doing a Saturday/Sunday combination run. Last week I did 10 miles on Saturday and 5 on Sunday. I completed that full 10 without stopping but had to walk/run the last two miles on Sunday. I set out yesterday with the goal of adding another mile onto my long run and ended up mistakely doing 11.6 instead of 11. I was so in the zone that I didn't check my gps watch and didn't realize I'd gone the extra distance. I also ran it at a faster mile/min pace than the week before. This morning I set out with a goal of doing 5.5 miles and wanted to see if I could do it without stopping this time. Mission accomplished. It wasn't as effortless as yesterday but I completed it and again did it at a better pace than the previous week.

So I put in over 17 miles on the trails and these trails have some decent hills. However, that wasn't enough. A couple of hours after my run today I was feeling pumped up and antsy and needed to DO something. So I changed and went to the gym and just absolutely annihilated my chest and shoulders. I had been doing a 5x5 the last couple of weeks but today I changed it up and did a variety of different things to just hammer it home. Some exerices I did high reps, others low, some long rests, others almost none, dumbells, barbells, incline/flat/decline, etc. My arms/hands were still shaking an hour later when I was eating.

The upcoming week is going to be a bit different training wise. I have my next race, an 8-9 mile obstacle race that will be my last event before the marathon weekend one in late August. That marathon event requires you to apply to run it and they usually require that you ahve previously run a marathon. I have not - just started running about 8 months ago and before that hadn't run more than two miles in over 15 years. I spoke to the guy running it and he said if I can complete next week's course twice that will be enough to show that my conditioning is on pace to be able to complete the longer event. So instead of running 8-10 I'll be running 16-18 miles on Saturday. That obviously changes my training plans for the week. I'm thinking something like the following:

Monday: Rest
Tuesday: Back and Biceps
Wednesday: Light Leg Workout and Slow/Steady 5 mile run
Thursday: Chest/Triceps and maybe a yoga class
Friday: Rest

That gives me plenty of upper body work and lets my lower body deload to prepare for Saturday. As always I'd love any feedback and advice.

Btw - I think my 17 miles of trail runs this weekend show that you can do cardio while on a low tren dose.

I'll probably continue the double dose for a couple more days and then go back to normal dosing.

smart move bro, hcgenerate always helps out my boys as well
Really liking this log, very interesting how these compounds are working in relation to all the running and cardio training..

Had an absolutely KILLER back and biceps workout today. You all know the feeling - at the end your whole body is trembling, your skin feels too tight and an hour later you still can't rest your head on your hands because your arms are still shaking.

With the 17 miles of trail racing with 50+ obstacles I have to do Saturday, I will be taking it easy on lower body this week as a "deload" to make sure I'm fresh and ready to go. I did do deadlifts today and will do some very light sets of squats tomorrow. My only run this week will be tomorrow evening - something in the area of five miles at a nice slow and steady pace just to loosen up. After that I'll do a yoga class on Thursday and some light bike work for 20 minutes or so on Friday just to stay nice and loose. I will also do my last upper body workout (chest and shoulders) on Thursday so my upper body won't be too worn out either - need to have it fresh for the obstacles.

Per the new rules here on site I am no longer allowed to mention my source by name so I will simply continue to note which items are injectible and which are transdermal with no mention of source. At the moment, everything in my cycle is injectible but I will be running a 5-6 week period of transdermal anavar after this race during the 7 week layoff until my next event, which will be the longest and toughest yet this year.

Hey bro - what is your carb intake like whilst on tren and the combination of all that cardio?

Trying to decide what my diet should be for upcoming tren/test/superdrol cycle

Thanks!

Trying to decide what my diet should be for upcoming tren/test/superdrol cycle

Depends on what your goals are. I tried for about a week to cut carbs back some and that was the only time since starting Tren that I felt my cardio impacted. I mean I could only go about a mile and a half before I had to switch to run/walking the and I didn't once feel like I caught my breath back (which sounds a lot like how most people describe doing cardio on tren).

That was on a Tuesday afternoon and then again that Wednesday night. After upping my carbs back up to a moderate amount I was able to complete a full ten mile run just three days later. And then another five the day after that.

Keep in mind my Tren dose is small compared to what most run here - 200-250mg/wk. The workhorse compound in my cycle is EQ which I'm still running at 600mg/wk.

So after my run tonight I can say that even at this dose Tren will affect cardio if you are not paying attention to what and when you eat. I mentioned in a previous post that a week or two ago when I experimented a bit with gonig low carb that my runs crashed and I experienced the cardio sensatons I've heard others mention they had with Tren. The last two weekends I was able to put in 15 and 17 miles respectively on the trails with no impact whatsoever. For each of the four runs over those two weekends I carbed up about an hour before the runs (typically a bowl of oatmeal an hour before with 2 Tbs of peanut butter, a 32 ounce G2 and a banana). All four runs went flawlessly.

Today I ate over the course of the day and included carbs in all my meals. However, when I went to do my run it had been a couple of hours (2.5-3) since my last meal and that meal had only included about 35-40g of carbs. The run definitely suffered.

It feels (and I know that's a tricky word to use but the only one I can think of that applies here) like the tren will use up any carbs left in my system for more than an hour or two and the result is me crashing on the run. If I've loaded up on carbs shortly before the run I can go endlessly - did 12 miles on Saturday. I just need to adjust my meal planning and training accordingly.

Will do. With the last few weeks of being able to experiment with food, carbs, hydrdation, etc. I feel like I'm pretty well in tune with what I need to do this weekend. The only question will be that of the sheer distance. I'm doing 17 miles on Saturday which is far and away my longest event yet. My longest ever run so far has been a half marathon (and that one didn't have the obstacles - was just a straight trail run).

Should be interesting. :)

I got the exact same feeling about carbs and blood sugar levels from my previous Tren blast, which I just finished. I kept the whole time glucose pills with me and took them through out the day to keep my blood sugar as stable as possible (Thanks to Steve for great advice that I picked up from one of his posts!) That really worked wonders for me to keep Tren sides almost nonexistent.
I had been reading a lot about the intermitted fasting lately, and decided give it a try while on Tren. After a few days I realized it really doesn't go well with Tren (at least in my case), as sides increased, and overall feeling dropped tremendously. I felt very quickly that I needed to take carbs more frequently, and when I returned to my normal diet (high prot/low carb/low fat) and, although my diet has low carbs the frequency of intake seems to really have an effect. Now that I am slowly moving to cruise mode/bridging, I will have to try intermitted fasting again, and this time I believe I will have a lot better success with it.
To sum it up, I completely agree with you and have exactly similar experiences. :)

Keep up the killer work, Bro!
This is one hell o' a great log to read upon, will be watching through the whole show!

Thank you all for the great feedback. Its nice to know people are reading and enjoying the process. Gives me extra mitivation to work hard so tjere is more good news to report.

Along that front, I havr an update on my body composition. When I started the cycle my numbers were as follows:

Weight: 201.1
Bodyfat: 13.8%
Lean Mass: 173.4
Fat Mass: 27.8

As of this morning the numbers read as follows:

Weight: 200.7
Bodyfat: 10.0%
Lean: 180.7
Fat: 20.0

So halfway through the cycle I habe basically stayed the same weight but habe lost 7.8 pounds of fat while adding 7.3 pounds of muscle, lowrring my bodyfat by 3.8% in the process. I would say thats a pretty damned good first half.

I have said before that my diet was not very solid during parts of this cycle and that I had a couple of weekends where I ate way too much shit. The last two weeks have been on point and I plan on keeping it that way. I want to end the cycke at or below 8% while maintaining and/ot adding a couple more piunds of lean mass.

Game on.

Good job dude, you're doing great. Good log as well.

Today is an off day to rest and recover for the race tomorrow but I am struggling to hold back. Have been feeling so good amd my workouts have been amazimg so its hard not to hit it. But I know I need to rest.

Sigh

So after weeks of planning I had my race yesterday. I did not manage to run the full 17 miles . . .

I ran 20.

The fucking course was 10 miles long rather than the 8.5 it was advertised. I still completed it twice and my time the first run through was better than I expected given the distance (put me right about the top 35% of the elite runners and one of the top 1-2% or so of the overall field). I'm a bit sore today but no where near as bad as expected. Today will be a "do as little as possible" day to recover.

I'll post more later. Time to eat.

that is awesome man! great results

how would you rate n2guards overall preformance controlling sides..

I won't run cycles without n2guard. Plain and simple. This isn't exactly a beginner cycle as I'm running multiple compounds including tren and orals and I've had almost no sides whatsoever. The only minor sides have been some acne as well as some minor waking and night sweating since adding in tren. No blood pressure issues, no cramping, no other serious problems whatsoever. N2guard has kept me feeling good and has kept most of the dangerous and/or uncomfortable sides of these compounds at bay.

Hey what part of your cycle is transdermal? I'm thinking of running the test and dbol transdermal any experience with this line man? If so how long can It be ran for? I was thinking 12 weeks total with a 4-6 week kick start with dbol

I ran winny and mast as transdermals. I will also be starting transdermal anavar probably next week. The test, eq and tren are all injectibles.

My client that I logged a cycle for used trans test amd winny and his results were what prompted me to use the products myself. I have no info on the dbol though - not a compound I have interest in as I stick with leaner amd dryer compounds.

Okay cool man I remember looking at joes log I will take a glance back at it thanks man

I apologize for the lack of updates, but after a while it starts to get repetitive posting how great the cycle has been. It starts to feel more like pointless bragging than reporting. I came into this cycle with three goals:

1. Look good naked
2. Improve my endurance and run/race times
3. Improve my strength

As of this point, I've exceeded my expectations on all three fronts.

1. As noted about ten days ago, I've managed to stay pretty much the exact same weight while dropping my bodyfat from 13.8% to 10.0%. If that's not a pretty damned picture-pefect recomp I don't really know what is. All six of my abs are clearly visible now, skin is tightening up and every week there has been a visible improvement. I'm at the point now where if I wear a tanktop out in public I get stared at by most people, male or female. The goal over the course of the next six weeks is to continue the process - I'd like to drop another 2-3% while maintaining my lean mass gains.

2. In late February or early March I ran my first and only ever half marathon. Last weekend I completed a race/event of nearly 21 miles through trails with over 50 obstacles along the way. At six feet tall, 200 pounds and 10% bodyfat I'm not exactly built as a runner but I beat many runners and racers with far more experience than myself. I also qualified for several of the longer and more intense events later this year.

3. About two or three weeks ago I tested out my max on the bench press and matched my personal best ever at 315, a number I last hit 12+ years ago when I was still in school.

So again - nothing but good things to report. The only real negative I had been experiencing was some moderate acne but I'm currently 1 week into a low dose of accutaine (20mg/day) and it's already clearning up quickly. Some increased sweating and waking during the night from the tren and I have noticed that IF I get angry my temper is a bit faster than usual (but not out of control), but all are minor and easily handled.

So far so good.

I'm pretty damned thrilled . . . as are the couple of women I've seen the last few weeks. :)

The goal is to cut it another 2% in the next four weeks (basically five weeks after the last measurement). Aggressive goal but doable if I dial it in.

Can you give us an update on your diet and cycle .. Like dosages and macros ?

Can you give us an update on your diet and cycle .. Like dosages and macros ?

Absolutely.

The last 4-6 weeks I have really been FAR better with my diet. As anyone who has read my logs over the last 8 months knows that is my weakpoint - I tend to be really good during the week and then have a 2 day cheat that undoes a good amount of that hard work. I've still made a TON of progress over the last 8 months, but not as much as I could have.

For the last two months really I've been having roughly one cheat day every other week. For example, my last race was on Saturday the 30th and I let loose, but didn't completely blow out, Saturday evening and Sunday (running 20+ miles of hills, woods, trails and obstacles builds an appetite). Since then I have been back to perfectly clean eating - didn't have so much as a burger or hot dog the entire four day holiday weekend.

As for macros I generally only track two numbers with my diet - calories and protein. Early in the cycle I was generally aiming for about 2000 cals a day with 300 grams of protein. With the increased intensity of my training for races (roughly 30+ miles a week of trail running) I have upped that to roughly 2500-3000 per day depending on the day and 325-350 grams of protein. Other calories come from whole oats, sweet potatoes, fruits, veg and some healthy fats like flax seed oil and about 2 TBS/day of peanut butter.

As for the cycle itself I am currently taking:

TestE 350/wk
EQ 600/wk
TrenE 250/wk

I was takign MastE at 600/wk but the sheer volume of oil was getting to me. The above three compounds require one 2.5cc injection twice a week. The MastE is only dosed at 100/ml and was an entire 3cc shot in and of itself. Basically that one compound was more than doubling my weekly oil volume. So I dropped that when I added in the tren.

I may try to up the TrenE a little bit to 300/wk and lower the TestE to 250/wk to shift the balance a little bit and try the Tren dosed higher than Test. Would love feedback on this if anyone has read this far.

I have some anavar trandermal and may add that in starting this week. Before I do I need to get some taurine powder from MR Supps. I know from experience last year that Var gives me pumps in lower legs and lower back if I don't take in a good amount of taurine with it and those kinds of pumps aren't something I can have with my training. Last run I took it at 10g/day split half in the morning and half later in the day. Just have to wait for payday to order it - money is TIGHT at the moment.

Awesome feedback thx for the reply:) I have some EQ on the way and am looking at running something similar except with the test at around 200mgs/week and proviron and anavar. I don't do a ton of long distance running but I do alot of sprints intervals and trail /
Hill running and hiking so it's nice reading this long and getting a good idea of how this cycle is working for you. I too am 6'0 about 205 and 10% bf. do you notice any joint issues running at that body weight and has the Eq helped at all with this? Keep up the good work btw!

I am 6' even and just a hair over 200 and I havent had any joint issues on cycle, even when I ran winny earlier in the cycle. My runs are all on trails as well so similar cinditiins.

Hadnt thought about proviron - might be worth considerimg with the anavar to close out the cycle. What are yiyr thoughts on that?

Well proviron is very mild and for me works awesome for boosting libido :) stacked with anavar is a solid choice as you get the dht from proviron and whatnot.. Both proviron and anavar have been proven to reduce fat and I find when run together my abs always get rock solid skin tight, " supposedly" both compounds target belly fat but I don't know how true of a statement that really is, but give it a shot I think you will like it :D

Any issues with pumps on Proviron in your experience?
