Not Shaking Gh After Mixing??

Ive done a bit of searching threw the gh threads. I've seen this posted a few times...not to swirl or shake the gh after mixing.
Can anyone tell me if these statements are true...and why?

don't shake or swirl it.....just add the water and let it sit.....

to be honest I don't know the reason......I do know you're not supposed to swirl or shake it though.....

I use Somatropin /Upjohn and it comes with a two chamber powder/diluent (liquid) and they say to mix slowly from side to side until mixed. Don't mix it like a shake or like your giving yourself a handjob.

HGH is a very unstable substance as are all proteins. shaking may damage a protein.

Very Gentle swirling is ok but dont shake. When injecting water into vial intect it toward the side of vial not directly into(onto) the GH wafer. If its cloudy after adding water you likely ruined it.

ok, your pulling this stuff out of a vial with an insulin needle...what is more traumatic than that???? lol. your shaking it around, like it or not, pulling it out the fridge, turning it upside down etc. just shoot the water on in there any which way....swirl it nice and slow so all the powder gets absorbed into the water, and everything will be A-OK. it the stuff is that fragile, all the necessary steps to inject it ruins it anyway.....so no one would have ever gotten results from it. now i know we have lots of guys who used GH and liked it right?
