not seeing any more gains?? 4th week in

fisty

New member
well I have to say, my strength in the gym has went up past the second shot. But it has not seemed to keep going up??? what am I possibly doing wrong???

I was making good progress but came to a stand still???? Monday was my fourth shot so I hope the strength I was seeing was from the decca, and now since I am comming up on 5th week maybe the sus will start to kick in???? can this be true?

this is what my training looks like....not exactly 100% but something like this....

15 min cardio upon getting to the gym, (bike/treadmill) then I train about a good hour solid on musle monday/legs tues/arms wend off thurs/chest friday/back sat/legs and so on by training this way I find that I train more of one body part each week. then after I am done with that hour (keep in mind I do not take breaks inbetween sets) I then go for a 35 min walk on the treadmill.

I usualy train till musle is dead. I do about 4difrent excersises for each musle group and about 4/5 reps.....

I would like to make the most out of my training so I can see the best results off my cycle.....any iput please??
thx bro's

also what exercises are great while on to help expload the musle to get larger then life??? lol

that's it... eat more.....????
I feel full all day long bro....I eat like 6 times a day and drink about gallon to a gallon and a half of water every day...I don't see my strength going up any at the gym???? I did from the first week on till the third I saw nice gains...but I have reached a platform working out that I can not seem to get over????

EAT MORE !!!...understand ?

by eating more then what I am doing you are saying that will give me more strength at the gym?? or just help me grow???

ulter =No actually the growth your saw was part of the sust. The deca will kick in about now. What do you mean you've hit a plateau? How are you measuring or determining that?

I am messuring that by the way my work outs have been going....the first week on I was lifting a good amount of weight, the next week I was lifting about the same no increase, by the third week I had almost doubled what I was lifting the first week....but now I am stuck on that now....will this change again?? I have lifted now on the same plateau for about close to two weeks now...

I eat like a dog...6 times a day, not counting little snacks here and there (protein bars/penuts/carrots) and so on..... and still I am told to eat more?? is that truly the case?? if so I guess there can allways be room for more....but I am looking for the gains at the gym......

thx for both of your input

Ok let me ask you this how many calories are you hitting ?...FOOD is the most anabolic substance around...PERIOD...So yes, the more you eat the stronger you will get, and the BIGGER you will grow.

right now I am about 3,800 or close to 4,000 per day.....I always feel full 24/7....but I guess I have to eat more then...thx for all your input...

what is the reason for all the cardio? i would take in at least 2g protein per lb of bodyweight and get on the seefood diet. see food, and eat it!
up the calories to 5000 if you going to do cardio for over 45 minutes everyday.

Eat more, and train less(higher intensity less volume). 4 dif exercises for each muscle??? Your weights have doubled in 3 weeks??? How long have you been training? What gains have you made w/o aas?

What's your diet? 40 % protein, 40% carbs and 20% fat? Also cut the cardio to 5 minutes before workout and don't do cardio after a leg day. Also don't expect immediate results..takes time, patience and persistence. Just keep at it bro !

I have made slow progress throught the past 4 years of training....with out the use of (aas) I did a cycle prior to that about 5/6 years ago....and since then I have done short cycle here and there....like oral winny @ one point...and another short...very short russian dbol cycle but nothing major.....

the reason for so much cardio is because at the start of my cycle I di d-bol...but with in 1 week I went up almost 20lbs....it all went into the mid section...so I stoped the dbol...I do cardio to try and get rid of that....also since there is known to be water retention on a sus/decca cycle...I thought it would help the bloat if I kinda had a jump start on it....this way I would not suffer from it so much....

thax for your input bro....

Do you train with that much volume when not on? Even if you were on 2-3gms a week, and 6k cals/d, I think that's too much volume. Lower the volume, switch around the rep scheme (don't always do low reps), and exercises, every 4 or 6 weeks. I've found that if I've hit a plateau, I switch things around and the gains really come on again. I really grow if I do a short cycle of high reps(15 each exercise) after gaining strength on a low rep cycle(5 to 7). Give it a shot, ya aint growin now, maybe the workout is stale.

Bro...you DOUBLED the weight you've been lifting in 3 weeks, there is only so much strength you can gain in such a short amount of time. Are you not satisfied with doubling your strength?

Personally, I don't think you should be lifting such heavy weights while on cycle...it's just asking for CT problems. I'd go lighter and increase the volume (don't worry so much about the amount of weight). This will lead to more hypertrophy (assuming quality diet...as has been alluded to by the boys) and less chance for injury. Think about it...just because your muscles can withstand a doubling of the weight, do you seriously think your joints and tendons can handle that?

Just some things to think about.

If you doubled the weight you lift by the 4th week you are lucky you hit a plateau. You're connective tissue will not be able to keep up with that kind of muscle growth. If you keep adding weight to the bar at that rate you'll be finished with this cycle for all the wrong reasons. Stay where you are for a couple weeks and go up a little slower from here on in. You're muscle memory probably got you where you are so quickly but you will get injured and have to quit if you don't slow down.

thx for the input...I did not think about it like this.....I will now lower the intesity....thx for all your inpt bro's....
