Could Have Been Great:
Strawberry

B Ripken
Bonilla
Kerry Wood???

Stawberry was great in his days.

I could add: Dwight Gooden, Jose Canseco, Mitch Williams......

How about some names for the "Not Quite Coopertown" club?

I´ll light the fire:
Sammy Sosa

Sosa has 3 or 4 more years until he is out of his prime and he will have over 500 homers before the year is done. I wouldn't be so quick to add him to this list. I would bet anything that after he hangs them up he will be a sure bet inductee.

Runner..

Phil Plantier..left handed swinging hitter for the Boston Red Sox :)

I got a lot for you guys who were either really good and faded, or were touted as the future.

Mike Greenwell
Eric Davis
Chris Sabo
Frank Thomas
Mo Vaughn
Walt Weiss
Hensley "bam bam" Muelens
Ricky Jordan
Dwight Smith
Jerome Walton

I don't know about that bro.

what do you mean? he has like close to 400 career homeruns..

but he has been on the ballot for a while now without any votes..i think its too late for him to get in cooperstown..i think many writers have already forgotten him. Plus his braves teams were shitty.
