Why would deca decrease water retention? Deca gave me bad bloat, but not as bad as test. Just curious why combining deca with sus would relieve water retention? I would think that the addition of progesterone to already high levels of estrogen would only worsen the situation. BTW- Nice mass. Keep cutting.

I think I will keep mine at 300 Deca / 500 sus straight through. I may add 50mg winny ed in the last 6 weeks to try to reduce some of the bf, harden up, and counter any progesterone from the Deca.
