I'm trying to cut bodyfat and it is hard to get more than 3 days a week in the gym for lifting and/or cardio. I am a surgical intern and veryyy busy. My question is...

How many grams of CHO is too many for the average joe 5'9", 188lbs, about 20% BF, who wants to shed body fat?? 150g ok?? 200g? I dont want to do a ketogenic diet, because the results are temporary (as im not eating that way forever). What would you bros suggest for total low glycemic CHO intake?? Also I believe I am CHO sensitve, so no CHO after 4pm? 7pm? 9pm?? Help me out here. Thanks in advance fellas

235g protein, 164g carbs, 31g fats = 1,880 calories (your weight x 10 for cutting)
50% protein, 35% carbs, 15% fats

Eat only carbs from yams, green vegetables, brown rice, buckwheat, whole wheat spaghetti/penne, oatmeal, and grapefruit pre-workout. No carbs at least 4 hours before bed.

Eat fats only from flax oil, all natural peanut butter, all natural almond butter, all natural sesame butter also know as "tahini" - great for fat loss, avocado, fish oil, almonds, or peanuts.

Do as much cardio as you can, whenever. For example, take 10 minutes in the morning and do 3 sets of pushups and 3 sets one legged squats to get your metabolism elavated the rest of the day. aim to lose 1-2 pounds a week, and consistently check your body fat levels and waist to make sure you are losing mostly fat, not muscle.
