Nootropics

decided to forgo the Neurogenex till after my competition due to uncertainty around drug testing. Just got G-plenish today. In a word... well, lets just say I had no protein handy and decided to go hardcore. The flavor is a bit ...uh...rustic shall we say. I'll do dose 2 with some protein a bit later. Is ther anyway to smooth it out if all one has is a liquid to mix it in. Looking forward to the results though.

LOl

its "mildly Earthy"

or

"interesting"

this is just the nature of glutamine peptides =-(

if you want to smooth it out you could blend it or dry shake it with your contents, add water or your chosen liquid and skake it again

Storm unless your hard core don't take it alone =)

its very potent so you only need 2-3 huge tablespoon a day

it up to you to find the right combo

I wish you were around here for the first week I would make the shakes for you .

at any rate the results will come. =)

please PM me any time, or ask Q's

all others as well please do the same

I want you to be absolutley sure about this prodcut before you give it a go

it works yes, but it needs to be handles with care =)

just blend it with a flavored protein powder at you set

Mixing GPlenish with Chocolate Protein Powder has been very successful for me. Also, I like blending it - I find that if I shake it, the GPlen stays kinda chunky. BUT, I learned that I cannot take 3 big tablespoons of GPlen and 1 tablespoon Protein.....whoa, that was too "earthy". But I regularly do 2 big tablespoons and 1 scoop Choc Protein.

Works great....my endurance is way, way up. When I do intervals (1 min high, 1 min recovery) on the StepMill now my work interval is 11-13, where it used to be 10. When I got done last night, I was drenched head to toe and my legs could barely support me. Driving my stickshift car home was interesting.... Had 2 tablespoons GPlen afterwards and an hour later I was totally fine. Very cool.

Plus, I found a couple new veins in my shoulder today while lifting. And my bicep vein is starting to show even when NOT working out. Happy me!
