noob need help

i lost 70kg (155pounds) it has been a hard trip i still have to 25kg to go to reach my first goal which is 10% body fat i started taking HGH (somatropin) 4IU 5 days a week to help me with the weight loss i am starting winstrol cycle today i know nothing about how to cycle it and i nolvadex as well cause i have a gyno already my question is basically i am starting something (winstrol) that i don't know anything about its cycle please help i am starting clen too after 2 weeks
 
Dude just stop. You're taking hgh, steroids, and then clen with no idea what you're getting into. Just stop what you're doing
 
that's why i need help cause i don't really know what i am doing and i have been on diet for 2 years man i am about to give up i need a boost
 
But why start taking pharmaceuticals without first thoroughly researching them? That's crazy. Be smart and above all, be responsible

What does you're diet and training look like right now? Please post your stats as well
 
jbranken i don't know the cycles i know the effects and the side effects as well i am on a heigh protein diet i train 6 days a week 3 cardio and 3 weight lifting i have been training for over a year and a half i gained 38 pounds of muscles lost 155pounds of fat i need to loss around 50 pounds of fat to get to 10% it has been to years in hell and i really need a boost
 
Let's start fresh. Give your stats, including age, and then outline your work out design, and exactly what you are eating on a daily basis.
 
High bf%+ hgh+clen and winstrol with next to zero knowledge of theses compounds/ hormones.... That's asking for a heart attack!

3 egg white and one whole egg 4 table spoons of light cheese and 1 brown toast that's breakfast 2 hours later i eat an apple after 2 hours i eat 250 grams (9 ounces) of chicken with 4 table spoons of white rice then a pre workout meal of one biscuit low fat and sugar free cup of juice after workout 1 scoop of protein 2 hours later a banana and 2 cups of light yogurt

training : day one cardio 2 hours, day two chest and back supersets and drop sets , day three 2 and a half hours of cardio , day four legs ,day five 3 hours of cardio , day 6 arm day!!!!, day 7 rest
my training changes twice a month i have a PT with me

i am 29 years old i was around 345 pounds now i am 210 pounds to be around 170 - 175 to reach my goal

thanks man but i didn't start clen yet or winstrol and the hgh i had a cycle designed by a specials and he was going to do my clen and winstrol cycle but sadly he is not available for 3 more month and i am suppose to start both cycles so i am looking for help but really thank u for your concern i really appreciate it :)
 
I would just stick with natural compounds for now like Steve said. Nothing suppressive. It's important that you lose as much weight as possible without the aid of anabolics. I commend you on all of the weight you've lost, I really do! It's truly amazing. But, I think you should spend the next few months trying to learn as much as possible about this stuff before using anything. There's still weight to lose through cardio, weight training, and strict diet. Not to mention, steroids aren't fat burners and clen is downright unhealthy crap at your bodyfat

I would start with a very focused approach with the diet and training. Use the mirror ans scale, we aren't reinventing the wheel here. Watch the mirror for signs of definition and the scale to keep track of body weight. Slowly roll back calories until you are getting the results you want.

You don't have a strong enough base right now to consider using AAS. It may be something you want to consider when you get into the low teens bf%, but by then you may have confidence that you don't need to.

WTF!!!!

You dont start a cycle and then learn about it, you learn about it, then cycle.

I applaud you on your weight loss but you gotta slow the fuck down and get a grip on what your doing.
