i didnt mind scotch, until i learned how to make it

now im just a critic :D

somethings wrong with all of them, i swear
After thorough examination, I´ve come to the conclusion that this particular whisky makes me drunk.

yeah they tend to do that

also, if you get a whiskey that has caramel in it, throw it away. its actually not really worth doing that sort of thing anyway, most of the money goes on tax, not production

an average guy can make a bottle of vodka at home for about a euro. the price to make scotch isnt terribly much higher. its when you have to package it, market it, pay tax on it....and besides, some of the essences some companies are coming out with these days (if youre into essence based whiskeys etc) tase really good even after just a month

anyway.

This one doesn´t age.

I know it´s mostly taxation. I get it cheaper than the typical consumer though, a friend of mine makes money doing whiskyseminars and he hooked me up. I just checked what my bottle would normally cost online. Its about 44 dollars. That´s about what I paid. The guy saved me the delivery costs... I was hoping he´d have given me a sweet deal. bleh.

My whiskyfriend loves this low production brand called Black Adder. It´s an extreme taste- Like liquid turf. Whiskys have different gradations of how turfy they are- black adder is in a league of its own. I thought it was alright.
It got me drunk

I don't drink much now, but if I do it's Brandy. I became a brandy man over the last few years. All the men in my family drink Brandy Manhattans, so I learned to appreciate and enjoy it.
