nolvadex

I am on aifm but just got nolvadex. I think i may have some gyno symptoms.
how much nolva should i take? for how long? should i still take aifm?
Can nolva shrink a hard pit in my nips or just stop it from growing?
50 prop eod
2iu gh ed
1-4 pumps aifm
200 mcg t4
