Nolvadex ? How to take it ?

I'm at week 6 of first cycle:

Sustanon 500/wk 1-10
Deca 200/wk 1-10

and I'm extremely bloated and I see a strange swelling under my eyes: it seems someone hit me there: ugly! ugly!
I feel a light pain when touching my neeples: is it a possible sign of gynecomastia ?
Well I just got 100 tablets of Proviron (50 mcg) and 40 of Nolvadex (20 mcg) and my question is: how should I use them ?

I mean, I've read of some people who cut up by using testosterone and those anti-estrogens, well I'd like to know how...

My other question is: how much should I continue to take Nolvadex and Proviron after my last injection in order to avoid the Nolvedex related "rebound effect" ??

"(50 mcg)" - Only Proviron I know of comes in either 50mg or 25mg tabs.

Arimidex would be a better anti - estrogen, but if it's all you have use the Proviron at 50mgs/ED for the length of your cycle. Discontinue it's use when you start post cycle recovery.

You should also use the Nolvadex if you're having gyno symptoms. Start with 20mgs/ED and go up from there until the symptoms go away.

YES! take them both immediatly! you hope that you catch it in time. Gyno is irriversable once it forms a hard lump. Theres no problem with running nlova along side clomid.

next time you should research more before jumping into a cycle.
