Nolva Ordering Dosage Question

Hey guys-getting the stuff together to do my 1st cycle of Test E/ 500mg a week. Already have anastrazole & now I need to order some Nolva.

If the reccommended dosage is 40/40/20/20, and the product I'm looking at getting is 20mg x 50 ml...how much do I need to order to sustain that dosage? I apologize if this is dumb noob question but the math isn't my strong point. Lol. Thanks in advance!

I personally am extremely anti nolvadex usage but if you are he'll bent on using it then that is the typical protocol.

The way you would figure out how much you need is by multiplying

40x14

And

20x14

Add the two numbers together and you have many mg total you need. Divide that number by 20 and you have the # of 20mg tabs you need.

I just feel there are better things out there to prevent gyno on cycle (aromasin or formestane) and better things for recovery in pct (toremifene)

I'm not denying that nolvadex works just that there are better alternatives.

ive seen you post this multiple times. going with your suggestion. but in this post are you saying he should run Nolva and CLomid together?
